Chocolate Cakes
Wouldn't it be nice to have our own Cacao tree in our backyard? Unfortunatly though we just don't have the climate for it here in New Zealand. But thankfully there are people all over the world who lovingly produce the chocolate we know and love from cacao beans. If you want to know more about the origins and history of chocolate go to the Wikipedia it has all the information you need.
While us chocoholics dream about flowing chocolate waterfalls at arms reach, others can think about what style and design of chocolate cake they would like to eat.
